1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service provided by SAFZ Innovations ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Services" — the SaaS products, websites, APIs, and digital services offered by SAFZ Innovations
• "User", "you" — any individual or entity accessing or using our Services
• "Content" — any data, text, files, or materials uploaded to or generated by our Services
• "Subscription" — a paid plan for access to a specific product or service tier

3. Services Description

SAFZ Innovations provides a portfolio of SaaS products — including POPilot, EstatePRO, PharmaPro, HRPilot, and EduConnect — as well as custom software development, BPO, and digital services. Specific product features, availability, and pricing are described on their respective product pages.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business use (B2B). You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization to use our services.

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with any of our products, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, restricting access to your account, and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform: All intellectual property rights in our software, websites, branding, and documentation are owned by SAFZ Innovations. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applicable product during the subscription term.

Your data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to our products. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may process your data solely to provide and improve the services you've subscribed to.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information received from the other party during the course of using the services or engaging in business discussions. This obligation survives termination of these terms.

9. Fees and Payment

Pricing for each product is published on the respective product page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

11. Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, unless a separate written service level agreement (SLA) is in place. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFZ Innovations' total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAFZ Innovations, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
